Dont trust them with anything important. Horrible company to deal with. Absolutely horrendous service. Been trying trying to track down my house key that they lost. Shawna the office manager still hasn't returned my call like she was supposed to. On the off chance that any of you from First Service is reading this ( who am I kidding you don't care enough to read what your customers think), I need my locks changed.

I would also give them a zero as another person indicated. They manage the condo complex where I own a rental. I doubt they could “manage” a one car parade let alone a property. I could probably write a three page rant but I’ll just say stay away.

First service is responsible for the management of the condominium we live in. Recently they were tasked with removing insulation contaminated by the wildfire. During the remival, contaminated insulation began falling from the sky and building up on the ground throughout the complex. We called first service and were told not to worry, it was just dust. They are currently continuing the work with the same equipment. Very sloppy work.

Horrible company if possible I would give them a rating if zero. First Service manages the condo and well over a year finally brought in a company to replace insulation that was damaged from the Fort McMurray fires. This insulation company had insulation leak from one of their trucks resulting in insulation snowing down and covering the entire property along with other residential areas nearby. Their answer to this was a little dust is expected yet bylaw had to intervene many times and shut down the project until finally resulting in other and safer methods to remove the insulation. 2 days insukation was left in my home upstairs and the original trucks are still being used. First Service's answer is oops didn't know this was happening.

Worst company ever these people are slowly letting my condo building to be run into the ground.
