got sent here for my medical. was super easy took me right away the nurse was friendly and talkative through the whole process would pee in a cup here again
Front desk lady did my mask fitting sneezed and didnt wash her hands and proceeded to stick her hands in the masks and here I am three days later on my days off sick. Didn't know what she was doing during the fit test and didn't explain anything on how it was supposed to work.
Poor service
Rudest front desk staff in town. And that's a hard title to earn!
270 for a medical and I walked into the doctors office where they told me they charge 120. Rip off
