Do NOT recommend. Very friendly service to begin with and very helpful. However once bill was paid and items ordered they completely changed. Products dropped off on driveway with no heads up. Wrong windows received. Not all items that were ordered received and in wrong color. Insufficient amounts of other items. Paid a lot more than would have through a contractor. Its been months of texts and calls and they still don’t believe they made a mistake. Or bother to reply most of the time “ i lost your number “ but knew who it was before asking a name. Have not fixed issue or offered refund or anything. I wish i had never ordered anything through them. Project is months behind and with a lot more that needs to go out of pocket because of these guys. Gave them ample opportunity to make it right with us and they just dont care. They took our money and screwed us.

Very pleased with my patio door and installation was great couldn’t ask for more
Terrible service. These people are more concerned about going to camp than actually taking care of clients. The installers have no clue what they’re doing and didn’t finish the job. Doors and window came in the wrong size and when we asked for a refund we got charged a full install for a job not completed and overcharged for another small job that they did but never gave us a price for up front. Very unprofessional business.
