I have visited these folks few times this year 2020. They are nice guys to talk and to get parts. You have to find the car and part you need. Carry your tools. Overall I like the folks as they are reasonably priced, helpful and willing to provide guidance and suggestions. They have also allowed me to check compatibility of the part before I pay for it. One thing I would love if possible is to keep all cars segregated by make and model. They try to do this many times. Would do business with them for parts and have recommended them to friends.

Not happy with company they moved vehicle out of yard by putting it on a front end loader.Which I found uncalled for. Not sure why my vehicle couldn't of been pushed or pulled out instead of completely lifted out on fronted loader not even secured WHT so ever and about 15 feet in the air moving out of yard above a gate.Very unprofessional.Their drivers are rude and unprofessional to say the least.Would never ever give them my business and I'm a long time resident of Fort McMurray for 40.Horrible unsatisfactory service

DIY company! When I called in, I was given zero education on their process. I drove 40 minutes to their office, and left my work early so I could accommodate their unfriendly hours. When I walked into their office, no one seemed to care I was there. When I inquired about a part, I had to walk through feet of snow to find the car, which I needed the part for. I was not told I needed to take the part out myself. When I called from where the car was, they told me I needed my own tools, to remove the part, and that they would not provide any. They refused to stay open a few extra minutes to accommodate my needs, and no one wanted to assist me for any matter. They lost not only my business, but their word of mouth business. I took my money to a much more accommodating and friendly business who took the part out for me before I even got there and charged me nothing to do so.
