So I bought a scooter from here last August, and I paid in full with my Visa card and I was told that I get a 1 year warranty so anything that goes wrong from there that isn’t of my doing would be covered for a year so , I had an issue that summer With a noise from the front brought it there 4 times guy couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it and kept telling me to come back I’m sorry but after 4 times of coming in and you still don’t know what’s wrong I gave up , so just recently I called them because I needed my handle bars tighten witch shouldn’t of came lose yet !!! Anyways so I call and was willing to come there but no they send the mechanic to my house witch is fine so he opens up my scooter and tightens the bolt witch took all of 5 mins and then he put my cover back on and said that will be 40 service charge I said pardon I am on a one year warranty so I call the place and speak to the older man that owns the place with his wife I told him that I’m not sure why but I am being charged 40 he says yes it’s 40 Service , so I says to him I am on a one year warranty , and he says well I don’t know what your talking about we don’t give one year warranty so you mean to tell me when someone buys a scooter cash up front there no warranty NO !!! That’s not whats you guys told me and my grandmother that was there with me , so then he starts raising his voice and says whatever I don’t see how you don’t see how you shouldn’t have to pay but what ever and he hangs up the phone what great costumer service !!’ I regret buying a scooter from here there do f all to help you !!’ And your one year warranty disappears !!!’ From a very unhappy costumer Jessica
I took my friend there to buy an electric bicycle. The place is clean. The bikes are expensive except for a used one. We got it. The battery charge doesn't last though. My friend is thinking of changing the battery. I'll update later.

it cost me 20 to have them look at my battery that I had sitting in the back of my car that I had disassembled my self oh ya I got a bag of screws worth about 1.50 Not Cool. To expensive for my taste
