They give you rules to follow and keep changing them every time you go there. I know that there is COVID-19 but you should be able stay by your partner but they say no and we live together. I think that they should allow people to have their spouse or partner with you whenever they need the person.

There seems to be rules for each guest which isn't right. Also the people who work there tend to hold slot machines for people who just started going back to the Bingo Hall back in September. And I don't think that is right and I know that if we asked they would say no we only hold them for a regular patrons and for people who live in Fort Erie.
I would give this a 5 star but one of their employees is very rude to me and my girlfriend. When I went to cash out he walked away with out saying a word to me right after he cashed someone else out.
This location has a MUCH MUCH lower payout rate programmed into the machines than Delta and the Casinos (barely 91%). I placed 300 into the machine, and it only awarded me 9.75 during my entire play. Avoid this location, they have the machines set to be much harder because of COVID
