Dr Burns is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything she does and why she is doing it. She only does what needs to be done. Staff is very very friendly and efficient and accommodating as I am one of those people that has to cancel four times before I can get there and they always manage to schedule my entire family at the same time since we drive from Sarnia. The atmosphere is very comforting and they run on time. Direct billing benefits is a plus!! I have to small children who love to go to the dentist.
