Fabulous experience! The guys did a super job. We have two large dogs and we didn't realize how dirty the carpets were until we got them cleaned - they look like new! Very professional and we highly recommend! Will definitely use again in the future.

FON's scheduled a carpet cleaning for me on Tuesday, Nov.24'20 between 10-11. They didn't show up, so I called them (spoke to Michael) and they said they didn't realize it was for 5 rooms and they wouldn't have time. He also had a disappointed tone when he realized this was a Groupon deal. He told me that they may be able to do it later the same day and that he would call me back whether they could or not. He also said they would definitely be able to do it the following day (the 25th) if not on 24th. Michael did not call me back on Tuesday, so I assumed they would arrive Wednesday (the 25th) between 10-11. Again, no show. No call from them. So I called them again and Michael said they are so busy they need to reschedule for the following week. We again rescheduled for Tuesday Dec.2'20. When they didn't arrive by 12:15, I texted Chris (the owner) to ask if they were on their way. He or Michael (not sure which) called me back and said, YET AGAIN, that they were too busy. He said they've been cleaning carpet everyday. Why is he telling me this? Isn't this their job......to clean carpet everyday??? He said he would call me back to reschedule. NO THANKS! Very unprofessional!!! Then, As I'm about to post this review, Chris called me to tell me that there was a glitch or something in the system. I told him him I had already requested for a refund from Groupon. His response was, "Oh well, I can't do anything about that." NEVER once did anyone apologize for their screwups. They do not care at all about customer service. I will NEVER recommend these UNRELIABLE guys at FON.

Great company, great guys! They fit us in short notice and were very competitively priced. I have antique furniture and they were very mindful of using green cleaning products so as not to damage the fabric. My furniture looks and smells like new and it only took a couple hours. Very friendly and easy to deal with. 100% recommend.
