Such excellent service from start to finish! Getting the quote and samples was quick and easy. Always prompt and helpful responses to all my questions, without once having to go in to the store. Fantastic knowledge, products and help. We had shopped around and were happy to come back to flooring superstores Saskatoon. Their prices were great and the service was far better than some other places. They had plenty of knowledge to help us choose the right carpet for our application. Install was friendly, quick and professional!! The carpet was installed a few months ago and to be honest has transformed our basement into a place where our kids and us can’t wait to hangout and play. It is not everyday you meet someone like Brandon Sopotyk. The service he provides is exceptional. Great product knowledge and no high pressure sales. And more importantly, he stands behind his word. A rarity in this day and age. He genuinely cares about his customers and “making things right”. There was a bit of human error during our install which had some worse case scenario results. This is where Brandon’s true character shone through. He ensured the job was done perfectly and even put a rush on things so it could all be corrected by Christmas. Please keep in mind, that all of these extra steps happened because Brandon personally took these actions, not through FSS. I highly recommend you go see Brandon at FSS if you have a flooring project planned. He will help you purchase quality products and ensure the work is done properly.

Good product selection, the Salesperson (Ryan) was very knowledgeable, let me browse the store at my leisure and was not pushy at all, once I was ready gave me a quote with the dimensions I gave him, (which ended up being super accurate to the actual cost). I came in a month or so later once I had finished the rest of the reno's and asked to order through them, he got his guys on it in a couple days, they were in and out in 2 or 3 hours, did an amazing job. Would highly recommend these guys and would go with them again for my next flooring job.
