We ordered the Estate Restroom Trailer Unit for our wedding and we were very happy with the trailer. It was delivered on time and came very clean and was well maintained. Wilton Sanitation was also able to work with us to fit our tight schedule. Overall positive rental experience.
I never write reviews, but am really I p***** o**. If I could have given this company zero stars I would. After a few weeks and many phone calls back and forth saying that they were too busy, but contact us next week I eventually was able to receive a quote, as well as a work order, and an appointment for pumping our out our septic tank during winter. Not the ideal time, but I was prepared to pay the extra charge, because it was a bit of emergency situation. I wanted to be sure everything was ok and not have our system back up. Well I just phoned them to confirm the appointment and was bluntly told that I was out of their area and I shouldn't have even been given a quote. Huge waste of my time and very unprofessional customer relations. I wonder if this was a real septic emergency what could happen. I do hope others will have a better experience than I have just had.
