Superb customer service! I was in need of a last minute trailer rental and Flaman made it happen. They were kind, knowledgeable and assisted in in getting me get exactly what I needed. It was a smooth and easy transaction. Definitely the go to for equipment rentals.

Went to rent a 6’ x 10’ dump trailer from them, website showed 100 a day, was told when I arrived trailer was 110 a day and they would not honour the website price. Off to rent from another vendor off of Kijiji for 85 day a 6’ x 10’ dump trailer.
Just picked up my rental. Friendly folks and when I forgot my pin for my hitch they had one in stock which saved me a drive. Liked not having to wait forever to process my order.
Had a problem with an auger engine on warranty but could not get into a repair shop. One call to Damien and he was immediately on the road with a replacement, and that's 3 hours away. Also insisted on installing it. Sure makes me want to deal there again.
After uhaul screwed us Flaman came around and were very kind. Highly recommend using this over uhaul. Lower prices and nice people who care.
