Went in for the third time today. Im looking for a mat to put a stationary bike on. I have been told two to three weeks three times. I have called but you can't actually reach a person. I have emailed and they get back to you a week later. This store in dingy and gross, clearly they don't spend their time cleaning or answering the phone. Ended up ordering a mat online today and won't visit Flaman again. Actually got a reply. Why not take a name and number and call the customer when it comes in? And is the stores vacuum broken?
