This place rocks! I came all the way from maniwaki to fix my BlackBerry leap, all the other places said they couldn't fix it but the technician over umair did a superb job. Highly recommended and very good customer service from the technician over there.

I was most impressed with the service I received from Omar. I went in to have my battery replaced in my iPhone. He not only installed the new battery, he also cleaned the inside and outside of the phone along with replacing the clear front cover, which was damaged. Omar also gave me advice on how to better maintain my phone including the battery by not overcharging it. I have all ready shared experience with my daughter and son who have children who use iPhones. They were thrilled to know there was someone they could contact when needed. I will also be telling all my friends about Umar. His service was above and beyond my expectations. I might just mention that I spent 6 hours yesterday at the Apple Store in Bayshore mall waiting for them to take the time to look at my iPhone. After 2 hours someone came out to look at my phone. He said he could change the battery and that it would be ready in 4 hours. I came back to the store 4 hours later and was told that it wasn't ready and that it would be another couple of hours. I immediately asked to get the phone back and left the store. I was not happy, they had wasted my time. Thank you Omar, Anne Reid
