Never post reviews, but felt like I had to. Called to have our eavestrough looked at. Said he would swing by in about 3 hours. Never showed up. Waited another 1.5 hours. Still never showed. Called to ask his whereabouts, but went straight to voicemail. Left a message, and he never called back. I understand stuff comes up and plans change, but at least give me a call to let me know. Honestly, one of the strangest occurrences I've ever had.

Final Touch was very helpful, on time and gave me all the information I needed to make the best decision for my home. I will definitely be contacting them again in the spring to have the work that was recommended done. And then more. Thank you for being honesty with your assessment.

We are grateful to have found Final Touch. Our gutters were in bad shape and in the thaw this spring, we had water pouring over them all across the north side of the house. At the corner of the house it was especially a problem because when the cold snaps followed the melt, ice would form on the steps, and it was dangerous. Aaron is a professional. The estimate we received from him was detailed and clear with pictures of what we had up there because he took the time to get on the roof and look. He gave us clear alternatives and we agreed on the one that will do what we want. He came when he said he would, worked hard and quickly, and we are delighted. Aaron helped me with setting up rain barrels, so they are in place much earlier than I thought possible. He is courteous, clear, thoughtful and efficient. Thanks Aaron Jean and Bill Peifer
