I wish if I could give anything worst than 1 star. I hope Fido do something regarding employee at this location. Its the problem with taller guy. I was at location at 6:55PM to return my modem. I understand both of them were busy with customers and at 7PM taller guy almost yelled at me we are closed. I told him that I am just here to drop off my modem. But Again rudely WE ARE ACTUALLY CLOSED. He could have said this politely. I am not aggressive guy at all but the way he said, I really felt like punching him in the face. I left niw I will have to come back to the store another day to return that modem. Very unprofessional person, other guy is super nice. I hope Fido do something about it since I see lots of complains regarding this store for unprofessionalism.

I cancelled my internet service over the phone I was told to come here to drop off the modem. First off the two workers here just play on their phones and don't pay attention to customers so you must get their attention. Secondly they said they couldn't take back the modem because the person over the phone didn't put it down as a store drop off instead they would be mailing me a box, so they told me to call Fido to verify I asked them to do it but they refused saying It's on me I guess they were just too lazy to do it. So i i call the next day and Fido tells me why the store rep's didn't help me they could have easily called and updated it and I would have been able to drop my modem off there. All in all terrible location and customer service.

Charged a connection fee that they said they would wave, but when I contacted them about the mistake they would not be willing to correct the charge. Fraudulent.

Terrible customer service. Call to cancel the internet, no problem. Show up to return the modem, apparently the agent made a mistake and put it as change of address request instead of cancellation. Have to call back and spend time on hold, make sure they actually cancel. Come the next day to return the modem, the store isn’t open when the hours say it’s supposed to. Will I ever be able to return this modem and be done with this company???
