There is no fancy showroom or high pressure salesman - just a really nice skilled craftsman named Serge and his friendly and helpful apprentice operating out of a small workshop. Yes! Of course we shopped around in the beginning but when it was time to choose who was going to supply a brand new custom front entrance door we chose Serge because he inspired us with his knowledge and his pricing was fantastic. And it got better. He was wonderfully patient when we reworked the initial mock-up of the glass insert in the door and even more patient when it took time to choose a colour (he happily left us samples to see in different lights). The installation work was done by a two member team of installers who worked diligently and very skillfully and left the site perfectly clean as if they had never been there. Our job also included the installation of two standard steel doors with lites for the garage side doors. They were exactly what we wanted and the installation was beyond expectations as there was trim installed not only on the exterior (expected) but also on the interior. And most important, there were a couple of little things that required a follow-up visit and Serge was there as promised. So if you are looking for a patient, creative, skilled purveyor for doors of any sort, you are looking for Serge to do the job. Highest recommendation from two very fussy individuals! He is perfect.
While the five stars should speak for itself, I'd like to write a bit about our experience. Alex and his crew did an amazing job. I made a few calls to go over our desired design, we went to their workshop to hash out the details and their crew came for precise measurements. The crew is professional, hardworking, and delivers timely. A few of friends and neighbors are already asking about their contact. I gladly recommend them to anyone.
I am very happy with my new installed fiberglass doors and windows. They delivered as promised. Most important there was no hidden fees, and also some extras done at no cost by Alex and Serge. I have got exactly what Alex promised and received more, my new fiberglass doors were properly installed, everything looked clean and perfect. Keep up with the great work, guys. As well as new urban style door designs with stainless steel lines. Custom stains and Emtek locks. Got my doors for client who builds custom homes. Doors are done in just over 4 weeks time.
