I would HIGHLY recommend Rob for home inspections. We walked through a property with him and he was very professional and took the time to talk us through the inspection and answer all of our questions. He was very thorough and detailed in his inspection, and he completed a written report shortly after the inspection that was also excellent. Not only that - we had a follow up issue with the property and he went back to investigate and send us additional photos. All around, a highly professional and super nice guy!!

Rob did a really thorough job inspecting our new home! We were really impressed with the small details he noticed and how he took the time to show us the small things that will keep our house running in prime condition. He also gave us information on how and when to service the house to keep it in great shape and save money down the line. He was really friendly and open and also told us about the fernie community and ways to get involved in the town since we are new. He has made himself very available for future questions and is very dedicated to doing a great job.
Rob told me he was going to \teach me how to take care of my house\ and he did just that. Great service, very personable, and so very helpful, even after the report was written.
