I was very pleased with the service I received at Ron's Auto Service! After just purchasing my first vehicle, I booked my vehicle in for a quick inspection. The staff at Ron's found several services that should have been addressed during the safety that the car dealer had done. Ron's then proceeded to contact the seller about these issues to sort things out for me! I appreciated the reports Ron's Auto sent me via email, indicating the services that required immediate and future attention along with visual explanations. Overall, I was very impressed with the professional service at Ron's Auto!

I recently took my 2013 VW Tiguan to Ron's Auto Service in Fergus after receiving an outrageously priced estimate from the VW dealership in Toronto. From start to finish I was very pleased and would highly recommend them. I loved how they sent me pictures of my car's issues explaining what services were needed and organized them in priority of what needed to be done. After received the email, less than an hour after I first brought it in, Harm called me to explain everything. They completed the 'extensive' work in less than a day. I felt confident they were looking for the best price and most effective parts for my older model of car. I didn't want to purchase a new set of winter tires and am really happy with the new all seasons they recommended as my old ones sucked in the snow. I contacted them a few days later when I noticed oil leaking. Harm suggested I take the car for an oil change (in downtown Toronto) to reassure it wasn't something they missed. He called me quick and suggested a place to take the car. They covered the costs of the oil change and took responsibility for it - which I appreciated. My nieces came with me when I went back to get my antenna part installed, because they had to order it. Breanne was very friendly at the front desk and gave them too much candy and now they can't wait to come back to Ron's. I would definitely go back even though its a bit of a hike out of the city. Also, the Ron's Auto Service Red blend of wine they gave was top notch - pair's excellent with Brie. But of course enjoyed at home and not in the car. ;) HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I called to book an appointment to have some rack and pinion lines replaced that had developed a leak on my aging Acura. The team at Ron's Auto was able to get me booked in right away, and was able to was able to complete the repair in one day, at the quoted price. They were friendly on the phone, and the service was professional. I as an ex licensed mechanic would bring my vehicle back to Ron's Auto in the future.
While out delivering newspapers last week I popped into the shop to see if they could quickly take a look at my car as it was making constant noise & mainly to assess if I should be driving it or not. The shop graciously agreed to take a quick look and found that my heat shield was loose and rubbing on something which was making the constant noise. To my surprise the tech adjusted and re-tightened the heat shield to correct the problem. What really impressed me was while they had my car on the hoist they also found that both bolts on each of my front calipers were lose so they also tightened them up too! Not only did they get me on my way quickly they didn't charge me to perform this work! I will be forever grateful for the service I received at this shop and I intend on going back to this shop to have my vehicle serviced going forward.
We recently moved to Fergus and I was actually told by a couple of customers that I serve at Zehrs about this place. I used Ron's Auto Service for a Safety Check on a RAV4 and the following week to get brake work and oil change on a Sienna. Unbelievable service, on time, friendly and quick. They even gave us a bottle of white wine to celebrate our move to Fergus. Excellent service, I highly recommend them. They don't pull any BS - they will literally take pictures of your issues and show you on their monitor AND email you the pictures. You don't really see this anywhere else. Ron's will be the place to go whenever I have an issue with either of my vehicles.
