Consistently great customer service by the trio of Shanelle, Katie and Emma. Started things off with Shanelle and when she wasn't in, all were up to speed of where things left off. Very friendly and knowledgeable team! Rüdiger was happy to not have to wait in the car during the visit and thankful from the treats.
Very very disappointed...my 86yr old mother went into fergus rogers..with her text messages not letting her know she has a message...they said wrong mode and she left thinking they fixed for her...not testing it for her to make sure it worked..nope sent her home with the same problem...shame on you rogers fergus...i will take her to bell to get a new phone where they care...who i been with and never a problem they dont fix...thanks for nothing
