Not very impressed, I placed a bid, the auctioneer took it and bid up as usual, no one else was interested. Then he came down and said he couldn't let it go for that and asked me to bid higher or it wasn't going to happen, and moved on. Is that an auction? Because as far as I know that's just called a sale. Happened to a few other people there as well. Don't waste your time.
A good auction facility with some good finds. I think some of the negative reviewers don't realize that this is a eal\ auction. The auctioneer is only selling what has been consigned. Sometimes I am pleasantly surprised by a purchase, and other times I am disappointed. It all rests on my knowledge to properly inspect the items and putting a value that I am willing to pay on them.
I have bought and sold items and found Steve to be very helpful. He will give you time to take a large item home plug to see if it works. Where most auctioners sell as is and that is it. I will use Parr Auctions again if the need arises. Thanks Steve.
Great auction hall with great staff. Steve is one of the most honest and decent auctioneers in the area.
