Great realtors. They helped us all the way through the process of purchasing our home, starting with the offer, helping us find a reliable lawyer, making sure everything was ready for our final inspection before closing. They even let us borrow the trailer for moving, which was a very big help. Short time of being in our new home, our back deck was not to code and the permit was still open, between our lawyer and Paul they are making sure that everything is going smoothly. I would recommend them, they will get the best price for your home whether you are selling or buying.
Not overly impressed with this company. I bought and sold through them, used the \home inspector\ they recommended to me and within a year the upstairs bathroom had to be gutted due to water damage that I am told he should have caught. Once the house closed they essentially wouldn't even address any of my concerns (the big puddle of water on the basement floor) on move in day. They offer nothing special and I think are just looking to make the sale and get their commissions, without addressing concerns of their clients.
