Best customer service ever. I had a poster presentation in 3 hours and needed my poster printed in a rush. Joanna, one of the ladies that works there was so kind, understanding and accommodating. She had my posted printed within 30 minutes. She literally made my day!!

Worst printing experience. It took me over 30 minutes to download a PDF file. The staff isn't helpful, or friendly. They hang around at the back of the counter. NO ONE has a smile on their face. Printer always seems to be jammed. This isn't simple, fast, and easy FedEx. The public library can download and print faster. Time and money wasted.
This location is great because it's 24 hours. They have a section should you need to use their computers to print something out. The staff at some times can be fairly busy with their tasks and jobs however it depends on the time of day.
I love that Kinkos is open 24 hours a day! I go there when I need to print/photocopy documents. Never had problems. Prices are considered a bit high though.
Very confusing layout. Had to ask if they still ship things. One rather rude agent told me I had to fill out a customs invoice form for a prepaid document. Went from a 20 minute hassle involving the manager to a simple 1 minute transaction with what seemed to be the youngest and most helpful worker there.
I miss Kinkos! It's a one star only because I couldn't select zero stars. The worst experience! The customer service reps were rude, unfriendly and generally unhelpful. To add insult to injury, I paid a lot of money to have a very basic document printed. They didn't even bother to preview the document before printing it. Then they conveniently put it in an envelope and handed it to me. I, stupidly, didn't bother to check the document before I left the store. It was a printing disaster. I tried to go back for a reprint and was told that I would have to pay again. Furthermore, it's supposed to be 24 hours. I expected to be able to get my very simple print job done within the hour. I was told to come back in the morning. What's the damn point of that? I'll just wait till the morning and go elsewhere. I will never go back there - not for my printing needs or my delivery needs. Shame on you, FedEx. Sincerely, ... Disgusted
If I could give less than 1 star, I would. The most unhelpful staff I have ever dealt with. I told them I was from out of province and had no address and was just getting a package delivered, but they refused to release my package even after I had my drivers license and delivery notice. The staff was rude and helpful. I even heard the Asian guy say to another staff "Refuse the package if you have to" instead of helping with me getting the package. P.S. avoiding FedEx as much as I can.
The fact that it's 24 hours makes it pretty incredible. But make sure you check in advance and don't put all your eggs in one basket; I've been burnt one or twice when the store was closed and I needed something desperately.
