Pools are great there is a hot pool and a warm pool, during covid they offer the pools to hotel guest only and you book your times for one hour intervals and they lose to disinfect for a half hour between.

It is totally breathe taking. The rooms are your typical hotel types with queen beds but the hot springs has exceeded our expectations.

Its pretty good crowded for sure but views are really nice and the water is like hot but not that hot but there is a little pool next to it that is much warmer and has a little version of a mountain made out of rock or someone but it was much warmer.If you walked into the parking lot and up this little little mountain you can find a beautiful private little hot spring but the water is really shallow and small but the views are awesome and the water is really warm really recommend this place.

Nice time if year to visit as the Covid cops had really strict rules & the fresh cool mountain air with the Hot Springs was wonderful !! The large swimming pool is also very warm & comfortable for the children

Resort rooms are in desperate need of a Renovation. Pools are great, but beds are soft, flooring creaky and old. Restaurants are OK value, except for the breakfast which is a bit expensive.

Really well run hot springs. Very impressed wirh the measures taken to keep visitors safe during Covid-19. There was enough space to enjoy ourselves and still remain safe. Beautiful temperature pools, one hotter than the other. We didn't realise we should bring our own towels but the lovely staff sourced some for us. Much appreciated!

Great water was just the right temperature. Social distancing is in place , change rooms available but no lockers. Enjoyed it greatly.
