Sadly deceiving to do business with you guys! Lack of honor and rapid to blame me (the problem is not on our side, they say) of wrong doing. Brought my phone on 09/21/18 and got back same day. I kept the plastic film on the screen. On the 23 (1 day and 1/2 later) I got to metro supermarket and tried to get my points card scanned from my phone and it didn't work. The screen light was too dark so, I removed the plastic film and thought, this should work. Unfortunately I realized that not only my screen was dark but there are weird algae like stripes at the bottom of the screen. So, I went back today (09/24/18) and explained the situation. They saw that the screen had come out of its frame near the unlock button and said that it was dropped. I honestly never dropped it, nor has anyone else. As I was telling them, if it was seriously dropped, we would have seen scratches or damage on the phone, which is not the case. Anyway all of this to say that they refused to honor their 30-day warranty and shifted the responsibility on me to pay 30 more to fix what I sincerely believe was their error in installation. I will be getting a second opinion from the competition to see what could be the cause of this elevated screen or lifting screen issue. By the way, if you do business with them, take a picture of the receipt because they don't want to let you keep it at the end of the repair. Because when you go back they'll ask for it.
