Great place to go have a good time if you want to support a company that treats their employees like garbage. The management at the store level and the head management don’t care about their employees at all! Very sad really....but i wont support a business that does not treat staff in a fair manner. Kamloops management needs to be looked into.....

We had a blast for New Year's Eve at the Tall Tower theme. This place is just so much fun! The staff (Paige and another lady, forgot her name) was very pleasant, very helpful and had great energy. Highly recommend this place to have some fun!

The staff were friendly and helpful. I just played the Holiday Heist and it was a lot of fun! It seems there are a good variety of themes and difficulty. Extremely easy to book. They also provided a locker with a lock/key for our valuables which was nice. I am definitely returning! Very sanitary as well.
