I just bought a new Tacoma from Exeter Toyota I can only say positive things. I shopped around some of the other dealers to try to get a price. After paying an initial visit to each for them to look at my trade, it seems that most the sales teams are usually pretty evasive in giving you a deal unless you again visit in person and they “run it by their manager” a number of times. I’m sorry but “ get a price from ??? and we will see if we can beat it doesn’t fly”. In these times of physical distancing it was pretty refreshing to deal with Cliff and the rest of the team who gave good price with and without the trade over the phone and via email. The sale was dealt with professionally and friendly manner and I thoroughly recommend them if you are looking to buy a vehicle.

We bought our used Prius here. Great value. Great service. No pushy sales. No upsells on useless services/insurance. No bartering because they price their cars fairly to begin with. Fantastic used car buying experience! We often bring our Prius here for service. No complaints. They do a great job.
Recently purchased a used Rav4 from Jon Glavin. I met several sales men and women while exploring vehicle options over the summer and had the impression that they were honest and well intending compared to many others. Prices were reasonable. I just bought a Corolla hybrid from Exeter Toyota. The service from both Cliff my sales rep and Shelley in the office was professional and friendly. I thought that they both went above and beyond e. g. Cliff answered my emails with questions after hours, even after the sale was made and Shelley was kind enough to suggest a good restaurant in the area. I appreciate the straight forward approach that this dealership offers.
