I have been a client for about two months. I have had nothing but good experiences at Evolution Studio in Windsor. Kate and Harvey are wonderful at what they do! I always feel motivated, energized and inspired from the moment I walk in for my appointment to the moment I leave and start my regiment on my own. I love how they help each client feel pride in their personal accomplishments no matter how big or small, are very respectful of the sensitivity of each client and tailor the work out to the client's needs. Evolution Studios is worth it! :)

I signed up believing that I would lose up to 3 inches with each visit so I bought 2 packages of 8 sessions because they had an august special. After 8 sessions I decided that this program was not working for me. I asked for a redund on the 2nd package which I hadn't used yet (8 sessions). They told me NO. They dont do refunds! Seriously? I am NOT satisfied and I'm out 400.00. I can get better results with weight watchers, without strict food restrictions and working out on my own. Save your money, it's not worth it.
