Drop off a couple of luggages for repair. Days after we got phone call to pickup. When we came, one of the luggages untouch at all. We have to come back few hours to let them fix in "rush".

Very helpful service here. The people are very friendly and the prices are reasonable. They have most of the available brands and they also have a lot of different types to choose from. They will help you find just the right piece or set to fit your needs exactly. If they do not have it in the front they might go to the warehouse in the back and get it from there. Very professional and understanding. I will definitely come back here again. I hope you find it as awesome as I did
Was referred to here by Porter after they broke a wheel off of my luggage. Thought it was a bit strange that it was going to take them a few days to assess whether they could fix it or not (and not just assess the bag on the spot), but in the end I got a brand new Samsonite bag :)
I would give them 0 star if there is a way to do it. I could understand cost for a wheel repair was 27tax. when I came to pick up my luggage, I have noticed another cracked wheel and they said it is going to be another repair. Very unsatisfied service with poor reliability.
The young woman who dealt with our damaged baggage problem was excellent. We received both efficient and pleasant service.
Well, I'm here, it's 5:54 on my phone and the store is closed despite the sign that says open until 6:00. There are 2 women behind the counter looking at me like how dare I come between operating hours. As I tried the door, they decided perhaps they should turn the lights off. I may update this review after I am able to pick up my repair.
awesome professional service from the ladies... they took care of my repair which turned into a new suitcase due to their warranty related inquiry to th manufacturer on my behalf!!! i had no idea the problem with the bag may be covered by warranty and didnt ask due to the age of the bag... however they looked out for me in unbelievable fashion... imagine my pure glee when i arrived to pick up a repaired bag when in fact they had a new one from Samsonite waiting for me!!! it pays to buy the best or at least higher quality luggage and it also pays to deal with these sincere and very professional folks.... at least thats what i tell my relatives and friends... after having my share of junk luggage... i have never regretted buying samsonite... and i am super happy with the Evex Bedford experience... i say trust them with your buying dollars for excellent value and aftercare:) travel baggage is their thing... and they treat you right :) real nice folks !!!
not easy to find! I've been there once before in the winter in the dark.... not recognizing it. Their store sign is small, swallowed by the huge STAPLES sign. plus the entrance is in back of bldg. :-/ Google-map kept telling me I arrived but still couldn't locate. Would have been nice if the employee who answered the phone had given me a heads-up on this! I called 1st telling him I was lost at 7min. betore closing. 'EXCEED EXPECTATIONS' on an employee's file...? not!
