Very tasty, but I find the portion is large. The ice cream is amazing, soft and sweet but not sugar overpowering. The cone must be delicious, but unfortunately, the cold ice cream numbs my taste buds...
Over priced desserts. For the price you're paying you should get a generous portion. Big on taste small on portion over 23 dollars for 2 comes.
Above average , got freshly made cones soft server is good. Would be great to add fresh fruits as topping ..
A must-have on everyone’s dessert list! What a unique and winning combination. The chimney cones by themselves are also delicious. Just know that it’s a pretty big cone so probably best to share, specially if you’ve had a meal just before it. They also serve vegan Beyond Meat burgers now. Haven’t tried them, but just another option.
If you have a sweet tooth this is definitely the spot to go!! Everything about this place from the food, environment, and service is spectacular! I have been here several times so far and it never disappoints. Hands down best dessert spot in Toronto!
My partner just loves your cones and I love your ice-creams. They are delicious. However, recently we were treated quite badly by one of the employees. He was extremely rude, we did tell him the order was for take out still he packed it as to go. And when we asked for a bag he was acting up. It is freezing outside how do you expect us to carry all the orders with just our hands. Not very practical. Not sure if he was being racist, he treated the white customers far better than us. We wont be coming back. Thank you for the response.
I have basically been coming here for 2-3 weeks straight, so clearly I have a problem... LOL And I come with at least 2 or 4 people each time... so its always a party! But seriously (I have) ... I usually go with their ‘twist’ of vegan vanilla soft serve & strawberry yogurt. Its perfect balance of sweetness and light airy texture doesn’t make me feel guilty eating them in large cups, so I also add the salt caramel sauce I’ve bought the vegan cake separately (which is a larger version of their cone with no filling) & really enjoy it with coffee They ALSO have Beyond the Meat vegan burgers available - via their in-store Big Poppa’s coaffiliate. Also ordered a couple of these at another visit & can attest they are great toppings & patties! Prepare to line-up but its a short wait - the staff are VERY efficient Note: Just after 2-3 weeks of nearly straight day visits, I just realized they have a membership!
