This place is HORRIBLE. Tom yum soup had no flavour. No taste. Bunch of sticky carrots stuck to the bottom of the bowl. Horrible experience. Customer service won’t help. Left the bowl at the counter. The server has no clue about cooking or customer service.

I've been to a lot of the Thai Express-es, especially ones in a mall. This specific store is not really like the others - the food tastes very different, bland. They're cutting a lot of their costs by watering down the flavours and drench all their dishes in it. Be very weary of the flakes of burnt food from previously made dishes as they don't seem to clean their woks as much as they should.

I've ordered here several times, never had a flubbed order, though I don't make any odd requests. Staff is friendly and efficient. I don't have experience with other restaurants in the chain, but the food seems like pretty decent Thai fast food.
