I have been with Telus for over 25 years. I just received a new cell phone. The Sherway location provides excellent customer service. I received yeoman service from Blake, Ashiv, Abdi. They resolved a complex issue, and never gave up on me. Blake, Ashiv, Abdi, are incredibly polite, professional, astute, and talented. They kindly provided answers to my cell phone inquiries, and were always patient. Blake resolved the issue yesterday, and provided some helpful advice going forward. We have our Internet, TV and Telephone service with Bell, and we have been offered competitive deals for mobile service. I would never leave Telus, because of the level of commitment they provide their customers. Thanks guys for helping me resolve my cell phone issue. Stay safe.

Not happy with the customer service... switching from Rogers to Telus was a big mistake
Ana was amazing and went out of her way to quickly assist my fiancé and I with new purchases and trade in, quickly and knew exactly what we were after. Justin (a new transfer to this location) was also very helpful and got us set up with only the best deals. In the future I will continue to visit this location over square one (which is closer to me) purely based on the remarkable service we received. These 2 fine people spent over 2 hours with us making sure we were completely satisfied.

Need help from Telus customer service? Expect to be on hold for over an hour.. apparently there are only 3 agents for all of Canada. I've moved 2 lines to Telus and _ each time there were issues requiring human support _ but every time they steer you to their useless AI chat. Sadly the Telus AI chat must be the stupidest AI implementation on the planet.
I just came into your store and had the pleasure of being serviced by the assistant manager Vanessa. She was excellent, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and so kind. She provided yeoman service, and I will buy all my products will this store because of the amazing service given. Thanks so much Vanessa.
