I shipped two barrels with Sea Jamaica. The price was reasonable. The driver that picked up the barrels was friendly, kind helpful and very professional. He followed the physical distancing. Last but not lease, he was on time. I always shipped with this company and will continue to do so. No regrets so far.
I called a little under 10 minutes before closing and was immediately placed on hold after finally getting a live person after days of trying. I just KNEW this call wouldn't go anywhere but me being on hold when closing time came. I was hopeful and decided to give them some more time since I was doing other things, but one big disappointment. I may not live in Jamaica anymore but their customer service reminds so much of home . Whomever answered the phone needs to find a new job.
Been calling from Monday, today is Wednesday and I'm starting to wonder if anyone works there. The phone rang out, then 2 rings then straight dial tone at 11 in the morning. Kmt
