Ordered take out given the pandemic and wanting to help local eateries. Waited 30 min longer than the time committed then got home and food wasn't great, including the tiramisu. Really disappointed

My family’s favourite Italian go-to. Pasta is freshly made and the pizzas are delicious. They have house made mozzarella and you can have it in a variety of ways. I always order the mozzarella and their gnocchi. Scaddabush is the best for some Italian comfort food. The ambiance is rustic and cozy.
My husband's go to meal is the spaghetti and meatball!!! We ordered 60 worth of takeout. We arrived early and are food was ready. Extremely disappointed with the lack of quality we received. The spaghetti was mush and the meatball had zero flavor. Hes completely turned off and doesn't want to eat. Out of our whole order the only edible item was the rosemary fries that were semi warm and still some what crispy... absolutely understand lack of staff etc because of the pandemic but this should have not been served.
We recently ordered from Scaddabush for our small staff meeting. The General Manager, Stephanie was quick to respond to every email and was a pleasure to deal with. When I picked up the food it was prepared so well, organized and neatly packed! Everything was there, over 400 worth of food! They staff were quick, efficient, and very generous with their portions. Everything was delicious! The provided wonderful customer service! Thank you Stephanie and the Scaddabush Etobicoke team for the GREAT experience!
I really enjoyed the food here when I used to be able to dine in. However, their takeout service was extremely disappointing. Their portion sizes are cut in half but they're still charging the same price for the food?? Definitely will not be taking out again, complete waste of money
