Not happy with this company don't deal with Marija she is very unprofessional she's rude and doesn't reply to emails when she says you can reach her better there BS my wife rented from minto a few years ago and everything was good so we tried to get back we didn't get accepted which is weird because she rented from them a few years ago never referring anyone here

At 7 Richgrove Dr., we have been dealing with a SERIOUS infestation problem by roaches. The unit has had been treated by the pest control company Citron couple of times by just applying the gel to the kitchen cabinets and placing some sticky traps here n there. However, this has not solved the problem at all. We are still seeing roaches from baby sizes to adult whether its - kitchen cabinets, shelves, carpets, toaster, etc. I have attached a picture showing the problem. It is a very much threat to our daily hygiene and living. I request Minto to kindly take some serious action against this issue. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Terrible management, they'll try to manipulate you into paying for parking even if you don't have a car if you expect to use the visitor parking with any frequency and will give you tickets even when you get it. Tons of insects; just ants and various little beetles but still irritating. No upkeep, place was basically uncleaned and unmaintained when I entered. When I reported some issues including the walls being hallow and rotting away at the base the repair guy looked at me and asked what was wrong. It's an overpriced slum.
