That was my fifth time having my cheeks and lips done. I have been dealing with Dr Sameh Michael for two years and every time I was there he was more than wonderful. The whole team was amazing and so friendly. They follow all health and safety protocols and he took his time to explain every thing he did. More important the results were amazing and my lips looked so natural.. I definitely recommend this place for every body and thanks Dr Michael for he amazing experience as usual.

This was my first experience with getting lip fillers! I was very nervous and extremely excited. When I arrived to the clinic the receptionist was very friendly and had me wait for Dr. Sameh Micheal.. of which I had an appointment with. Once I got into the room it kind of went downhill from there.. The numbing cream was not applied long enough, along with being spread all over my lower face it felt like. I was drooling everywhere.. from not being able to swallow.. (due to the numbing cream) It was super uncomfortable and embarrassing, I had to ask if I could spit in the sink to help myself in that situation. Since the cream wasn't on long enough I felt everything.. it hurt. Was tearing up the whole time.. (along with salivating down my face) while I had this women in the room video tapping me shoving a phone in my face.. The whole experience was not pleasant and it really upset me. When we were done with the procedure, the doctor just left.. Didn't explain any aftercare treatments (other than to put ice on my mouth once getting home). I was very confused along with uncomfortable. All I can say is thank god for google.. been searching up after care and what normal symptoms are after lip injections. I really hope no one else has this kind of experience when getting a procedure like this done. Defiantly wont be coming back.
