If I can give ZERO, I would. This place was good for the first 6 months when in opened in 2017... Then, the price just went up and portioning becomes smaller, and smaller. I stopped coming here, and went for the first time in a few months today. I think there's new ownership, but customer service plummeted, and even more greedy with portions become more puny. Pathetic! I hope they closed.

Rip off and rude owner. Don't even bother trying it out. The so called Supervisor/Owner yells at staff in front of customers; and is very inappropriate to customers as well. The portion and price of the food depends on his mood of the day. Very over-priced food for the low quality it is considering the temperament of the Manager/Owner of the day. Pumpernickel needs to set some standards and look into this location. Don't make the mistake by patronizing this business.
Lots of good stuff on the menu, but not so much in stock.
Disappointed... Now I need to find a new lunch spot.
