Actually I should give no star because of poor management. Not giving schedule on time. When they will hire you they need full week availability to schedule you but when the schedule day comes they only gives you 2-3 shifts of 8 hours a week. In this way a security guard cant find other job because they want full week availability.

there is no professional management, everything is messed up. huge communication gap between employees, low payrate. dont join it or hire this company

Horrible customer service skills. They’re clearly not training these employees to know what discrimination is. I’m urging the owner of this company to teach his/her employees what racially profiling is and what it can do to your company. The idea that I had to call the police because one of your employees decided that my complexion was causing him discernment enough to follow me around a store and screaming at me to meet him outside is enough for you to take a deeper look at who you’re hiring.
