****BEWARE OF MOULDED LACTANTIA BUTTER**** so I bought a dozen of the unsalted lactantia butter just last week at NoFrills and today I needed to use the whole block so I unwrapped one just to find a whole layer of mould on it. Expiration is still good. Now the big question is how many of your moulded lactantia butter have I missed and baked if I hadnt completely unwrapped them.. Goshhh.. So much of product quality????!!!!!!

I made the mistake of purchasing a pack of 12 yogurts packed by Pamalat. to my great horror I discovered 2 hairs in my yogurt. Disgusting. I immediately threw out the entire package feeling sick to my stomach. I called Pamalat who asked for my personal information recording every word I say, and complained. All the lady on the phone said was that 'they will 'investigate it internally'. In other words - they will do nothing as it will be all 'internal'. They offered no solution or compensation (i said i did not want a 'replacement' yogurt pack) Beware of anything purchased with this company logo on it. Doesn't look like they have any quality control.
Ugh most inconvenient customer service ever! One day, I stop to get gas and decided to get a drink so picked out this bottle of milk. Half way though i felt something in a sip of milk and found a brown piece of paper or something. For food safety reason I message I message the company, I did not want coupons to replace just wanted to let them know. I still had the bottle so they want it mail to them sure no problem. But I couldn’t just drop it off to Purolator they had to come out to retrieve it. Ok so plan a day but after waiting around for 2 and half hours, i had to leave. So here what I wanted you to see because you wont accept my photos in a email, you wont let me drop it off the bottle package to Purolaror so here you go this is what i found
We had a problem with a 1.15 kg block of JL Kraft Old Cheddar Cheese. It was not aged properly. It was soft and tasted like very mild cheddar. We called Kraft and got a big runaround and were told that this cheese was now produced by Lactalis/Parmalat. We had to call them and got even more of a runaround. We have been buying Kraft cheese for over 40 years and if we EVER had a problem they would immediately make it right by sending a coupon or coupons to replace the product. With Lactalis/Parmalat everything was a fight and they would only send us a coupon for a 400 g block of cheese. This is only about 1/3 of the value of the block of cheese we had the problem with. BEWARE Kraft cheeses are no longer Kraft and Lactalis/Parmalat does not stand behind their products.
