UPDATE: the owner responded to my review asking me to email them about my car's damage. I emailed, and followed up. It's been a month...still no reply. Why are you asking me to email you if you do not plan to reply? Good for the most part, with the exception of having to wait 35 mins for a shuttle at 7am in the morning. It's not too big of a deal if you are not in a hurry. My car however, was hit by another vehicle during its stay here. The driver did not have the courtesy to leave his/her contact information. I contacted Park4Less to see what they can and are willing to do - the lady on the phone was quick to point out that they cannot be held responsible, but that she will speak to the manager about pulling security footage. I will refrain from leaving a premature review on this matter until I hear from Park4Less. I will update this forum when I do.

First time user and very impressed! Parking lot is very close to the airport and even in rush hours doesn’t take long to get to the airport. Shuttle service was reasonably on time. Only spent 5-10 minutes outside waiting for the shuttle when we returned from our trip. Office staff and driver were very polite and helpful. Would use their service again for sure. Keep up the great service!
I just came back from a 10 day vacation and am perfectly happy with the service at Park4less. I booked my reservation online the day before leaving, and when I arrived to park, everything went smoothly. When I arrived back at Pearson, I called the number on the card they gave me when I parked, and was assured someone would be there for me in 15 minutes. Less than 10 minutes later, I was in the van. That's good service. The staff were pleasant, and the drivers were very helpful and friendly. I'd recommend these guys, absolutely.
Service was great when we arrived at the lot. When we returned from our trip and called for a pick up at Terminal 3 I left a message and never heard back. Waited 25 minutes at the Post 7 and watched all sorts of parking buses come by. Then phoned again and their mail box was FULL! Kept making unsuccessful attempts to contact them. I even tried phoning their toll free number to find that it was not in service. Finally saw a bus come by and we were able to flag it down. The driver did not know he was to pick us up. He was very apologetic. The two other people on the bus had the same experience. Not a great end to our trip. Will think twice before booking this parking service again.
At first we read a lot negative reviews about ParkNFly so we chose Park4Less. Now I understand the "4less": we waited over 50mins to be picked up at terminal 1 on a freezing midnight while watching shuttles from ParkNFly passing by 10 times. Because THEY ONLY HAVE 1 SHUTTLE EVERY 40 MINS. Please go for ParkNFly folks, don't waste tons of time for less money.
Good price. Friendly staff and maintain conversation throughout drive. But transportation service is not consistently fast or dependable. Clock on the dash is not accurate, so it's later than the actual time. One driver was going 20km/h when instructed that I was in a hurry to get to the airport.
We just returned from a week-long trip and I'm so impressed with this company. Extremely professional, courteous and organized. I called and the guy gave me details about when and where they will be waiting for us and sure enough the process was flawless. I'm always googling for the cheapest parking deal. This is now my go to. Thanks for the excellent service. Highly recommended.
Just used Park4less over March Break. Shuttle service was efficient and drivers were polite and helpful. When we got back to the Toronto airport around midnight Sunday night/Monday morning, we phoned Park4Less, waited 15 minutes, and as promised, they came and picked us up. Car was safe and in the same condition as we left it a week before. Will definitely use their service again.
