Can someone explain what the hell a ‘rip charge’ is? I want to know why this place charged me 3.05 to print 2 letter-sized pages in black and white on regular paper?! It’s unbelievable, but the receipt doesn’t lie: 0.20 for 2 prints, 0.35 for HST and 2.50 for the aforementioned ‘rip charge’. I’m never going back to this establishment, and I urge you to steer clear as well if you don’t want to pay ridiculous prices for simple tasks.
