Needed a couple of hose clamps and rushed over after work prior to closing. Front door was locked, lights on but nobody in the store at 3:54pm. If you’re going to be lazy and lock up early than it’s time to find something with better customer service.

Jeff is the man. Service excellence at its finest. The initial interaction with the front counter person left me irate and disappointed... BUT Jeff stepped in and provided the \NAPA Knowhow\ that I expect and I am used to... This location has some really knowledgeable people... seems lately though that you have to get pass the knownothing gatekeeper at the front desk. Nevertheless, great location with great people (like Jeff) and interesting customers with sweet rides (see pic)
Had the needed part in stock and was in and out in no time flat. Covid19 precautions in place and appreciated.
