Very bad experience, they have a service fee which is 8.5 dollars to use there machine for debit or credit.... which they’re supposed to cover as a business... and I figured that after I paid ... not recommended
Great for CNC pits and tool sharpening
Unfortunately I have to write this. I have ordered custom knives ( pay premium), I was told it was going to take a certain time, when the time came I called the sales-rep over, over and over, not getting any responses from him and when I called the company I was told that they were eally busy\. But never received a call nor an email indicating that it was going to take longer or at the very least an apology.....Very disappointing!!!!
Been working together for years. Wonderful company. Good quality work and items.
