Not bad location to get your supplies, things are usually well organized. Store is clean and staff is nice, but sometimes it’s hard to get help as employees just disappear out of sights quickly. But overall very good store. I had a good experience shopping with my niece for her project. We found the majority of things we were looking for were available in stock which is always nice.

Not all of the staff know everything about everything in the store, but those who do, REALLY know their stuff. Their recent curbside pickup has been quick and efficient (though they've changed in the last couple of weeks to the Call Ahead process that other locations have been using, and I couldn't speak to how that approach compares). Overall, highly recommended.

A very lovely shop with competent workers who are very patient and it smells lovely in there. You can find all kinds of arts and craft stuff that you need.

They didn't get my online pick up order right. Website description was inaccurate and me and my wife had to spend 30 minutes standing under the light rain and cold at the front entrance to solve the issue. Also poor associate, tiny girl, had to go out to the cold without any outwear and standing there with us, sending details of the issue over the radio. There is no reason for customers and employees to be treated like animals in the wild. Having that huge heated store building behind we had to endure cold are rain. Terrible way to treat the customer

This is an awesome place to go for anything crafty. From knitting, to beads to sketching/painting they have it all. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking here is amazing. It's also located right across the street from SHerway Gardens in Etobicoke. It's also good to note that they are dog friendly. I have a large standard poodle and she was welcomed into the store with no issues whatsoever. I have been coming here for a number of years and will continue to do so. SIde note. It's also very easily accessible to the highway.
