I have upgraded my MacBook Pro a couple of times here over the years. Once we discuss the issues I'm experiencing, Kevin has always supplied a few cost options to upgrade the hardware or software. I have also had my iPhone screen repaired here and it came back like new (I only wish I had come here before trying out one of the \i\ chain repair shops, whose repair didn't hold up). Bear in mind this is a small shop, so someone won't always answer the phone, but in my experience they have always replied to phone or email same day.

We should be filing a criminal report. My senior father brought his iMac here for repair. They then sold his computer without his consent. On arrival, they claimed he had been unresponsive (untrue we have call records). Then physically pushed him out with a keyboard (after he had shoulder surgery). Don’t bring your electronics here.
