If there was a possibility of giving negative 100 I would. I used bleach and lots of detergent to was my socks, towels and pillowcases. They came out as dirty as they were put in. The girl (Maria) working here refused to do anything even seeing how dirty my laundry is. She just pointed to a sign and said email the owner. Sign indicates one will be contacted the next day. Are you kidding me? City of Toronto licensing will be getting a call from me for sure including the BBB. Update: the employee rectified the situation by refunding one wash after I private messages the owner. I added a quarter to use a different washer as per another customer who indicated the 1.25 machines never wash properly. I appreciate the customer service.
Clean, the worker is respectful and helpful to me when I needed help
I love that it is a 24 hour laundromat so whenever you get the feeling too do your laundry if you have money then nothing can stop you.
