I have been coming here for 8 years and after the lockdowns I finally went in for service again. I showcased my exemption and even offered to wait outside. They refused my entry of providing me goods and service based on my exemption disability. They should inform themselves of mask exemptions as it is legality through the Toronto by-law 541-2020. Please educate your business on how to handle situations like these without discrimination - it is unlawful I will not be returning here.

Been here once. Good place and a decent pedicure. The staff is good and friendly but the overall level of service can be improved. The pricing is also slightly more than the other options available in the area.
Love my haircut. First one in 18 months or so. Stylist was great, quite meticulous! Shop provided masks, and has a cleaning regime between customers. I recommend this salon.
This is the best beauty salon I've ever been to. Their services are really amazing. Everyone is so professional and polite. Especially mandy's work is amazing.I got my waxing and eyebrows done and she did awesome work.
Kriti makes this place 5 stars. She's very sweet, polite, professional, and genuinely does her best to ensure you're satisfied with what you're paying for. Raji/Reggie... does not. I got a shellac mani from her and it peeled THE SAME DAY. I woke up with bubbles in the polish. She was rushing, careless and inattentive. I spent hundreds yesterday (I've been at the shop before, as well) and yeah I get that it may have been busy, but if you're making that much money from ONE person, on more than one occasion, you should have the sense to be more attentive. I had to go back the next day to have Kriti fix it, who did an amazing job and put a matte finish on my color changing gel (Raji lied to me saying that the matte would make the color changing quality of the gel inert). Book an appointment with Kriti if you want a good job done on your spa services.
