This company advertised that there is a free Back Pack and we bought the whole case pf Beer. When we tried to claim the Backpack by going online, it says, \ While stock last\ and Promotion end on Jan 31, 2121. What cheats... If the company wants to run a promotion, they should insert the gift in the box itself. How can they not have the promotion give away, when they are supposed to have a bag for every box that carries the code, for example, if they are printing 1000 codes in the box then they should have 1000 bags available for the people who buy that case. Big Cheats !!! So many people have bought those beer cases and got cheated when they went online to claim they Back Pack. SHAME ON HEINEKEN... Is this the way to do business? Cheating...

When you have a promotion that’s labeled on your box for free swag, you should honour that promotion. I can’t even find anyone to contact..for a company your size and stature you should be ashamed! Terrible!
It's happen twice when I bought a case of Heineken and one of them is broken when I open. I have some pictures but can not attached here
