We just bought a hot tub through Gib-San, and we are very happy with the purchase. Caley, our main contact, was extremely knowledgable and helpful and the team was very responsive to our requests. Any issue that came up was handled quickly, efficiently and effectively - the way that you would like to see a customer service team respond. I would certainly recommend them.

Excellent selection and friendly service.
Gib-San pool and Hot Tub where absolutely incredible, they stayed open an extra 15 minutes later after closing to give me enough time to solve a problem with a customers leaking hot tub. I was completely blown away by the outstanding customer service and dedication on getting the job done right, I will be doing most of my business here from now on. One last shout out to the employees at Gib-San I'm pleased to see a good business with a good team working the floor ensuring that all the customers needs are satisfied.
