I am the Customer Service Manager for Country Homes. I would like to express how professional the staff are at Giancola Aluminum from the site through to the office. Their response to emails and phone calls are done quickly and effectively. Their professionalism and attention to detail is outstanding. I highly recommend Giancola Aluminum to any low rise builders. Thank you to all the staff there for making my job a little easier.

Stay clear of this company, had our flashing fixed 3 times now and still have flashing peeling away from the house. The house is only 2.5 years old!!!. They sub contracted through our builder and good luck getting them to stand behind there work. I would have not given any stars, but thats not a option.
Do not hire them worse siding company in the GTA.
Customer service is completely rude. After calling for the 4th time I was told that the staff was very busy and had over 100 emails a day and calls to answer so that these things take time. I had left 3 messages and received no call back and received no email response either after over a week. I was told to contact them through my builder but am so fed up with trying to reach someone I will seek work elsewhere.
