I had recently rented a truck from this location for a trip to the cottage. The service was spectacular and staff were very courteous. The staff member ensured that I was aware of all policies and procedures before signing the agreement. The rental process was very pleasant from picking up the vehicle and dropping it off. I would definitely recommend this location to all my family and friends.

First time renter and was absolutely blown away by the hassle free service they provided. I am astonished how easy and wonderful my weekend trip was with s beautiful car.
AVOID!! The customer service has gone down the drain with the new staff. The staff lied to me about a charge and used excuses like “We have a new management now”. This is no excuse to treat your loyal long term customers poorly. The also argue even if they are wrong and additonal days worth of charges are cleverly added to longer rentals. Please double check your receipts and rental duration.
After carefully planning out my move, weeks before the actual date on May 1st, I was efficiently packed and ready to go when sure enough I thrown for an absolute loop by U-Haul. Being desperate to meet my deadline, I was in search of a 10 foot / high roofed truck for moving. I called in and spoke with a representative, Nick, who was extremely helpful. He notified me that while he did not have what I was looking for currently on the lot, he would do his best to find something suitable. Sure enough within a few short minutes I received a call back from Nick saying he was able to ready up the exact truck I was in search of. Phenomenal customer service to say the least. The pick-up was simple and seamless. Drop-off even more so. Not only that, but the rental entirety cost 100 less than my proposed plan with U-Haul. Enterprise has definitely won any of my future business thanks to this. I do not normally write Google reviews, but this service warranted one for sure! Without a doubt, saved the day. Much appreciated Enterprise & thank you Nick for your diligent efforts!
After renting a car from a different enterprise cantre a few days prior for a different occasion and having had a fantastic experience there, inward surely disappointed. This time and this location, and with this manager. I was sorely disappointed. I had booked months in advance and understandably so, accepted they could not guarantee a specific vehicle. As I explained on the phone the vehicle was to be used as a wedding car and I required a long wheelbase suv I was told a note had been left and they would ensure it would be one of two vehicles. Upon arrival, I dealt with the store manager who was very disingenuous, wearing a smile while his actions and words clearly spelled out IDGAF about you. I was given a beat up vehicle that had not been cleaned for a long time (I can understand not having the time to clean a vehicle if it's just come back in but this one had road grime that been built up over time) The interior also smelt of cigarette smoke and the carpets were filthy. Upon informing the manager I needed the vehicle as my wedding car for my bride to arrive at the isle, he clearly had more important things on his mind and made me feel unimportant. After nearly 1k spent for a few days rental with a poorly maintained vehicle that did not even slightly match the description of what I had ordered and poor customer service, I feel it necessary to publicly share my experience and advise if you have any choice in the matter, to avoid this enterprise centre.
